Delivery terms

MyKoru 3498877-4 (hereinafter referred to as the online store) sells products to private individuals in Finland. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. Product prices include VAT.

Ordering

The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online store's checkout function. When placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, product prices and delivery costs. If an email address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by email. The order confirmation will indicate the ordered products and the price.

Payment

The payment intermediary for the online store is Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the payment institution register maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority, and in addition to this, also Klarna. Payment is made via Visma Pay's online service and Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy appears as the recipient on the bank statement and invoice. Visma Pay forwards payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure, as all information regarding the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no outside party can see the payment transaction information.

The transaction is between the online store customer and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Payment methods

Through the Visma Pay service, you can pay with online banking credentials, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or installment payment. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuusbankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard cards, as well as Jousto, Fellow Lasku and Fellow Yrityslasku.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the application settings. Payments made with the MobilePay wallet are charged to the payment card linked to the wallet. If the payment fails to be charged to the payment card, payment with the MobilePay wallet in the online store is not possible.

Jousto invoice and installment payment is a domestic service that allows you to make your purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is intended for private individuals who have managed their finances flawlessly. With Jousto, you get 30 days of interest-free and cost-free payment. After receiving the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in parts. With installment payment, you can pay for your purchases in up to 36 installments, starting at 9.90 euros/month. The costs of Jousto installment payment are 3.90 euros/month and a credit interest rate of 19.90%. You can pay for purchases of 30–3000 euros with Jousto. The credit provider is Aurajoki Nordic Oy. Delivery

Delivery is free for purchases over 100 euros, and 5.90 euros for purchases under 100 euros. Orders are shipped on weekdays. The delivery time for products delivered from stock is usually 3-5 business days. If the products to be delivered are made-to-order products, the delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks. Delivery costs are determined by the selected delivery method, any additional services, and the weight and size of the order. You can see the delivery costs in the online store's checkout function before the final approval of the order.

If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported immediately, but within 14 days, to the online store. Packages damaged during delivery must be reported immediately to the company responsible for the delivery.

Returns

The online store customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The customer has the right to exchange or return some or all of the products in the order. The products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. If you wish to return or exchange products, please first contact the online store and ask for return instructions. Please include your name, contact information and account number with the return for a possible refund.

Order cancellation, liability for errors and complaints

Before the order is delivered, you can cancel it by sending a written notification via email.

The online store has statutory liability for defects in the products sold. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to refer any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.
