Welcome to Mykoru's online store!
General terms and conditions
These terms and conditions are the terms and conditions of the Mykoru online store, which apply between Mykoru and the customer.
Mykoru's online store is open to all consumer customers who are permanently resident in Finland and over the age of 16. Orders from persons under the age of 18 must have the consent of a guardian.
Product prices include the current VAT. The tax breakdown is shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation.
When ordering, the customer must provide their name, address, personal identification number when paying by payment methods other than online banking and card payments, email address and mobile phone number.
Information about registration, customer information and orders placed will be forwarded to the subscriber's personal email address. Order pickup notifications will be sent to the subscriber's/recipient's mobile phone number as a text message.
The terms and conditions of the contract are binding on the person placing an order from the online store (“customer”) after the customer has read and accepted the terms and conditions of the contract by confirming the order.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the personal and other order information provided in the online store order form is correct and complete. It is the customer's responsibility to check and review the accuracy of the order information in all respects before ordering and paying. A binding order for the customer is created when the customer receives an order confirmation from the Mykoru online store in their email.
Online shopping
The customer can order products in the Mykoru online store both as a registered customer and without registration. If the customer orders products as an unregistered subscriber, he must provide the subscriber information marked as mandatory when ordering so that the order can be delivered to the customer.
By filling in the information at checkout, the user accepts the terms. By pressing the "Buy" button, the user accepts the store's terms of use and is aware of the privacy practices.
The registered customer will receive a registration confirmation message in their email, which will show the customer's chosen username that will allow them to log in to the Mykoru online store. The customer determines the password themselves when registering. It is the customer's responsibility to keep the username and password safe and secure to prevent misuse.
A prerequisite for ordering is the customer's valid email address, to which order-related messages will be sent, including order confirmation and delivery confirmation.
Mykoru's online store offers are not for retailers.
Online store product prices
Products are charged based on the price valid at the time of order. The stated prices are valid until further notice or for the period separately stated in the product information in the online store. The price in the Mykoru store may differ from the online store price.
Product prices do not include delivery fees, but they are stated separately when ordering and in the order confirmation. Delivery fees are determined by the selected delivery method. More detailed information about delivery methods and costs is presented on the Mykoru online store website under "Delivery Terms".
Mykoru's online store reserves the right to change product prices. Mykoru has the right to review the discounts received by the customer for online store purchases if the customer returns products from the order.
Mykoru strives to present all prices in the online store correctly and up-to-date, but does not grant any guarantee that the prices are correct. If the incorrect price information in the online store deviates so significantly from the actual price that the customer should have understood that it was an error, the price of the product reported as incorrect is not binding on Mykoru.
Availability of online store products
Mykoru offers a diverse selection of products in its online store, but production quantities and availability vary. Mykoru does not grant any guarantees regarding the availability or sufficiency of the products sold in the online store. Other than that it takes a maximum of 2 weeks to manufacture jewelry. Some of the products are seasonal products or products that are only produced in limited quantities. Products in the standard range may be out of stock for production reasons, for example.
Mykoru strives to keep accurate and up-to-date information about product availability in its online store.
The customer will be notified as soon as possible about a product that has been available to order in the online store, but is temporarily out of stock during the ordering process. The customer will be refunded for the undelivered product. Mykoru does not deliver products as backorders.
Order confirmation
After an approved and successful payment transaction, the customer will first be sent an order notification by email and later an order confirmation, which contains the key information about the order.
The customer must check the accuracy of the information entered in the order confirmation. A customer registered in the Mykoru online store can check the content of the order and their order history by logging into their own page in the online store. Mykoru reserves the right to refuse orders for justified reasons.
Shipping methods and shipping fees
The order will be delivered to the customer as a package either from the store or to a Posti office based on the postal address in Finland provided by the customer, or by separate transport.
Mykoru strives to deliver products that are in stock at the time of order to the customer within approximately 2–5 business days of receiving the order, depending on the selected delivery method.
Mykoru is not responsible if the delivery of an order is delayed or the order cannot be delivered because the customer has provided incorrect contact information to Mykoru's online store or neglects their obligation to notify and update their changed contact information, or is not present at the agreed delivery time and cannot be reached.
The customer will be charged a delivery fee for each order, which will be specified when placing the order. The amount of the delivery fee depends on the value of the order, the size and weight of the product, and the selected delivery method. More detailed information about delivery methods and costs is presented on the Mykoru online store website under “Delivery Terms”.

Security of payments in the Mykoru online store
Payments in the Mykoru online store always take place over an encrypted SSL connection, which protects the Internet connection between the customer's computer and the store.
Encryption is indicated by a closed lock image in the bottom bar of the browser window. By double-clicking on the lock, you can check that the page belongs to the bank you are using. In some cases, the connection may be secure even if the closed lock image is not visible. You can check this by moving the cursor to the page and clicking the right mouse button:
When paying in the Mykoru online store with a Master Card or Visa credit card, the system will prompt you to complete verification. The payment can also use the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication systems to ensure the security of the payment transaction, if these features are included in your payment card.
Payment verification is performed with your own personal online banking credentials or an existing password for this purpose.
When switching to an online payment service, it is worth making sure that the Internet address begins in the address bar with the format "https://". This means that the connection is secure. A web address beginning with "http://" is not secure.
For customer security, Mykoru's online store does not store the payment card number at any point in order to minimize the possibility of external misuse. Payment services are always protected with SSL encryption technology.
