Return policy

1. Right of return and refund 1.1 The customer has a 14-day right of return under Finnish law without giving any reason. You can print the return form and instructions here. 1.2 The right of return for mail order sales only applies to unused and saleable products or products that were damaged in the mail.

Restrictions according to Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act: The returned product must be in the same condition as when it arrived to the customer. So make sure that you keep the product in the same condition as when it arrived to you. 1.3 Right of return for mail order If the product is defective, it will be replaced with a new one. In uncertain situations, call us first to avoid unnecessary costs. 1.4 Returning is free of charge for you, as long as you follow the instructions sent by email after your return notification. Instructions for making a return will be provided after you have notified us of the return. 1.5 The date of purchase or collection is considered the day the package is redeemed or collected from the post office or delivered by mail, or alternatively, the date of the receipt. 1.6 Your product return will be processed quickly and flexibly when the following things are in order:

  • In the original package (well packed) without unnecessary markings 
  • Please include a copy of the receipt/shipment. 
  • Include an explanation of the reason for the return and/or the nature of the defect. 
  • Please include your name, address, phone number and account number where we can return your money.
  • No later than 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products are always shipped according to the instructions received in the email.

Remember to ask Posti for a receipt for your return. In this case, your return shipment will be the responsibility of Posti in the event of a possible loss. NOTE! Without a receipt, we cannot take responsibility for the possible loss of the return shipment. We do not pay postage for returns sent in any other way than to the address received by email as a customer return. NOTE! Returns must include the documents or information listed above. We will not process incomplete returns until the relevant information has been received. 1.7 Returns made with irrelevant or incomplete information cause us immense trouble and may take a long time to process, so please make sure that all necessary materials are included. An uncollected order is not a return, a handling fee of 25 euros will be charged for uncollected orders. 1.8 The right to return a product is always product-specific and the possible delay in the delivery of one product does not entitle you to a longer return period for another product. 1.9 The customer must pay the postage for returns made abroad. 2. SMARTPOST RETURNS SmartPOST return Returning via Posti's SMARTPOST machine is easy. Follow the following steps to ensure that the exchange works smoothly through this method: Keep the SmartPOST machine code you received, which Posti sends directly to your phone. The code is the same series of numbers that you originally used to pick up your order and open the SmartPOST box. It is very important that you keep the number, as it is the only way to make your return easy and fast. It is advisable to use the same package in which the order was delivered to you. Pack the exchange/return carefully. It is a good idea to leave the original parcel label visible. You can return the package via any Itella SmartPOST machine that is in operation. Select "Return package" from the machine. Enter your original box code Keep the receipt 3. Defective products 3.1 Defective products are always exchanged for a working product. 3.2 To ensure prompt processing, we ask you to provide the following: a) In the original package (well packed). b) A copy of the receipt/delivery. c) A description of the nature of the defect. d) Your name, address, and telephone number. 3.3 We are not responsible for unnecessary returns.
